Return Policy

Impression Kit & 3D Scan

Pure Smiles Online wants to make you smile! We have a 30 day 100% risk-free refund of $90.00 CAD impression kit or ScanShop scan if the orthodontist determines you are not a candidate for our invisible aligners.

Invisible Aligners

Within the first 30 days from when your invisible aligners are delivered to you, you can return your Pure Smiles Online invisible aligners if you’re not satisfied. No questions asked. When returning your aligners, you are responsible for any shipping charges.

Club Warranty

To achieve your results, you must adhere by the plan prescribe by your licenced certified specialist in Orthodontics:

1. You must wear your aligners at all times day and night, except while eating or drinking.
2. In your customer portal at PureSmilesOnline.com, register your aligners.
3. Check-in every 90-days by sending the requested photos by email.
After completing your trays and following these guidelines, if you are unsatisfied with the smile you have achieved, reach out to us so your orthodontist orthodontist can evaluate your results. If you are a candidate for re-evaluation, you may qualify to continue treatment with additional aligners. For your warranty to remain valid, you must notify us within 30 days of completing your treatment.

Return Process

Steps for returning:
1. Unused items must be packed in original packaging.
2. All original packing materials, manuals and accessories must be included.
3. Inform us that you are returning your aligners by emailing Support@PureSmilesOnline.com. Include your order number.
4. Ship to: Attn: PureSmilesOnline 3269 Parson’s Road, Edmonton, Alberta, T6N 1B4
5. Please use a service that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Receiving Refunds

Refunds can take up to 10 days once we have received and processed your return. We will notify you by email to let you know your refund has been issued.

Defective Items
If your aligners do not fit and you need to replace them, please email or message us at support@puresmileonline.com to make a request.
